A 10% booking fee is required at the time of order placement. This fee will be applied to your invoice, except for late cancellations or reschedules. A 10% fee will be charged for any scheduled shoot that is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours or 12 hours, respectively. Cancellations before 24 hours can request a refund or apply the payment to a future service. Homes that are not ready to shoot due to cleanliness or unfinished repairs will be charged or shot as is. All animals must be secured during the photoshoot. Reschedules caused by "Acts of God" or inclement weather will not incur charges. This policy is subject to change without notice. All new appointments follow the current cancellation policy in force at the time of booking.
